Cancellation Policy

At TECHEBASE DIGITAL LLP, we strive to provide a transparent and fair order management process for our customers. This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which orders may be cancelled through our platform.

1. Order Cancellation by Customer

Customers may cancel their orders directly through their user account on our website, where the real-time order status is displayed.

  • Orders can be cancelled only until the order status is marked as “Order Confirmed”.
  • During this period, cancellation can be initiated via the user portal without requiring additional approval.

2. Applicable Charges on Cancellation

Upon successful cancellation before order confirmation, the refund will be processed after deducting applicable charges.

  • Payment gateway transaction charges (including but not limited to Razorpay fees).
  • These charges are non-refundable as they are levied by third-party payment processors.

3. Cancellation Restriction After Order Confirmation

  • Once the order status changes to “Order in Preparation”, cancellation through the user portal will no longer be permitted.
  • At this stage, the order is considered processed and committed for fulfillment.

4. Post-Confirmation Actions (Return & Refund Policy Applies)

If a customer wishes to cancel an order after it has entered the “Order in Preparation” stage or beyond, they must follow the Return Policy and Refund Policy.

Any such requests will be subject to:

  • Eligibility criteria under the Return Policy.
  • Applicable return, restocking, or handling charges.

5. System-Based Status Control

  • The ability to cancel an order is strictly governed by the order status displayed in the customer’s user portal.
  • TECHEBASE DIGITAL LLP shall not be held liable for inability to cancel orders once they progress beyond the eligible cancellation stage.

6. Company Rights

TECHEBASE DIGITAL LLP reserves the right to:

  • Refuse or cancel any order at its sole discretion due to reasons including but not limited to product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.
  • Modify this Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice.

7. Refund Timeline

Approved cancellation refunds will be processed as per the Refund Policy and credited to the original payment method, subject to payment provider timelines.
