Installation & Service Policy

This Installation & Service Policy (“Policy”) describes how Buyers may request installation, commissioning, calibration, maintenance, or other service activities for products purchased through TECHEBASE DIGITAL LLP.

1. Installation & Service Availability

1.1 Optional, On-Demand, and Chargeable

Installation and service are not included with product purchases.

They are available only upon Buyer request and are chargeable, with pricing based on:

  • Equipment type.
  • Complexity of installation or setup.
  • Location and accessibility.
  • Travel and manpower requirements.
  • Additional tools/instruments required.

2. Ways Customers Can Request Installation & Service

Customers may request installation or service through the following options:

2.1 Add During Product Purchase

During checkout on the Platform:

  • Eligible products will display installation/service options.
  • The associated charges will be shown upfront.
  • Buyer may add installation/service before completing the order.

2.2 Through Dedicated Request Section on the Platform

Buyers can submit a request at any time through the Installation & Service Request Portal on the Platform, providing:

  • Order number.
  • Product details.
  • Location.
  • Preferred date/time.
  • Any site-specific requirements.

2.3 Request via Email

Buyers may request installation/service by emailing: support@techebase.com with order details and service requirements.

Upon receiving any request, TECHEBASE DIGITAL LLP will:

  • Review the details.
  • Provide the service charges.
  • Provide the scope of work.
  • Provide expected timelines.
  • Seek Buyer confirmation before scheduling.

3. Pricing and Confirmation Process

  • A quotation for installation/service will be sent to the Buyer.
  • Service will be scheduled only after Buyer accepts the quotation and confirms payment.
  • If additional work is required at the site, extra charges may apply (with prior notice to Buyer).

4. Buyer Responsibilities

Buyer must ensure:

  • The installation site is prepared (power, foundation, ventilation, access).
  • All safety requirements and permits are met.
  • Authorised personnel are available during service.
  • Accurate information is provided about the site and product usage.

Failure to provide site readiness may result in cancellation fees.

5. Platform Responsibilities

TECHEBASE DIGITAL LLP will:

  • Send trained personnel or authorised service partners.
  • Follow standard installation/service protocols.
  • Provide completion documentation, if applicable.
  • Maintain safety compliance during service.

6. Service Exclusions

Installation/service does not include:

  • Civil, electrical, plumbing, or structural work.
  • Repairs of damaged or misused products.
  • Warranty repairs (handled under the Warranty Policy).
  • Non-standard modifications or integrations.

7. Cancellation & Rescheduling

If the Buyer cancels or reschedules within 24 hours of the scheduled visit, additional charges may apply.
