Payment Policy

This Payment Policy (“Policy”) governs all payments for products and services purchased through TECHEBASE DIGITAL LLP (“the Platform”). By placing an order, Buyers agree to comply with this Policy.

1. Payment Methods

The Platform accepts payments through the following methods (as applicable):

  • Credit/Debit Cards.
  • Net Banking / UPI.
  • Wallets / Prepaid Accounts.
  • Bank Transfers.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible orders.
  • We reserve the right to modify accepted payment methods at any time.

2. Payment Authorisation

  • Payments are processed using secure third-party payment gateways.
  • By submitting payment, you authorise the Platform to charge the full amount for your order.
  • Orders are not confirmed until payment authorisation is successful.

3. Payment Confirmation

  • Buyers will receive an email or notification confirming payment receipt and order placement.
  • Any delay or failure in payment confirmation may result in order cancellation.

4. Taxes & Duties

  • All applicable taxes, levies, or duties are the responsibility of the Buyer unless explicitly included in the product price.
  • For international shipments, Buyers are responsible for customs, import duties, and other fees.

5. Payment Failures

If a payment fails due to insufficient funds, bank rejection, or technical errors:

  • The order may be placed on hold until successful payment.
  • The Platform is not responsible for stock unavailability during the hold period.
  • Buyers may need to reinitiate payment.

6. Refunds & Adjustments

  • Refunds will be processed as per the Refund Policy.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
  • Any processing charges deducted by banks or payment gateways may be non-refundable.

7. Payment Security

  • The Platform follows industry-standard security measures to protect Buyer payment information.
  • The Platform does not store sensitive card details; all transactions are handled via secure gateways.

8. Dispute Resolution

  • Any disputes regarding payments must be reported within 3-4 days of transaction.
  • The Platform will investigate and coordinate with payment processors or Vendors to resolve the issue.
  • Resolution timelines may vary based on bank or gateway procedures.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is not liable for:

  • Payment gateway failures.
  • Unauthorised transactions due to Buyer negligence.
  • Delays caused by banks or financial institutions.
