Refund Policy

This Refund Policy (“Policy”) outlines the conditions and procedures for processing refunds for purchases made through TECHEBASE DIGITAL LLP.

1. Refund Eligibility

A refund may be issued only if:

  • The return request is approved under the Return Policy.
  • The returned product has passed inspection by the Vendor or Techebase Digital LLP (for dealer products).

Refunds are not guaranteed until the return is verified and approved.

2. Refund Source & Responsibility

2.1 Vendor-Supplied Products

For products supplied by Vendors:

  • Vendors determine refund approval.
  • Once the Vendor authorises the refund, the Platform processes the refund to the Buyer’s original payment method.
  • The Platform does not assume financial liability for Vendor refusals or delays.

2.2 Products Sold by TECHEBASE DIGITAL LLP as Dealer

For products sold directly by the Platform:

  • Refunds follow the manufacturer’s return guidelines.
  • Techebase Digital LLP will process refunds only after validating the manufacturer’s approval, where required.

3. Refund Type & Method

  • Refunds are issued only to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Refund alternatives (e.g., store credit or exchange) are at the discretion of the Vendor or Platform.

4. Refund Processing Timeline

Refunds are typically processed within 3-4 business days after:

  • The returned item is received.
  • The Vendor or Platform confirms approval based on inspection results.

Actual timelines may vary based on bank, card issuer, or payment gateway processing.

5. Non-Refundable Charges

Unless the return is caused by Vendor error (wrong item, defective on arrival), the following are non-refundable:

  • Original shipping charges.
  • Handling and logistics fees.
  • Installation or on-site service fees.
  • Calibration or testing charges (if applicable).
  • Any government taxes or duties, unless refundable under law.

Deductions may also apply for:

  • Missing components.
  • Damaged packaging.
  • Signs of use or installation.
  • Wear not consistent with return eligibility.

6. Partial Refunds

A partial refund may be issued when:

  • Returned product is missing accessories or packaging.
  • Product shows minor usage or handling.
  • Product returned after partial completion of services.

The Vendor or Platform will determine the deduction amount in accordance with applicable policies.

7. Refund Denial

Refunds may be denied if:

  • Product fails inspection.
  • Product is returned without RMA approval.
  • Product does not meet the conditions outlined in the Return Policy.
  • Product belongs to a non-returnable category.

Denials will be communicated to the Buyer along with the reason.

8. No Waiver of Manufacturer or Vendor Policies

Refunds must comply with the original Vendor/manufacturer policies. Nothing in this Policy obligates Techebase Digital LLP to provide a refund beyond what the Vendor or manufacturer authorises.
