Return Policy

This Return Policy (“Policy”) governs the conditions under which Buyers may return products purchased through TECHEBASE DIGITAL LLP (“the Platform”). By placing an order, Buyers acknowledge and agree to be bound by this Policy.

1. Product Categories & Return Responsibility

1.1 Vendor-Supplied Products

For products supplied and fulfilled by independent third-party vendors (“Vendors”):

  • Vendors remain solely responsible for receiving returned goods, inspecting items, and determining eligibility for return.
  • All returned goods must be shipped directly to the Vendor or the Vendor’s authorised service/warranty centre.
  • The Platform facilitates communication but does not assume liability for Vendor-controlled return decisions.

1.2 Products Sold by TECHEBASE DIGITAL LLP as Dealer/Distributor

For certain products where Techebase Digital LLP acts as an authorised dealer or distributor:

  • Techebase Digital LLP may accept physical possession of products for inspection, return handling, or coordination with the manufacturer.
  • Such handling does not constitute acceptance of the manufacturer’s obligations or a modification of their return terms.
  • Eligibility for returns is governed by this Policy and applicable manufacturer return guidelines.

2. Standard Return Window

Unless the product listing specifies otherwise, Buyers may request a return within seven (7) calendar days from the confirmed delivery date (based on tracking records).

Return requests submitted after this period may be rejected.

3. Eligibility Conditions for Return

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be fully met:

  • Proof of Purchase: Valid invoice, order confirmation, or receipt.
  • Original Condition: Product must be unused, uninstalled, unwashed, and free from damage or alterations.
  • Original Packaging: All original packaging, tags, manuals, certificates, calibration reports, accessories, spare parts, cables, and protective materials must be included.
  • Sealed Products: Items sealed for hygiene, safety, or authenticity purposes must be unopened and intact.
  • Functional Classification: Products showing signs of installation, testing, operation, misuse, tampering, or industrial exposure may be deemed non-returnable.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Digital software, electronic licenses, or downloadable products.
  • Customised, configured, or made-to-order items.
  • Perishable or consumable goods.
  • “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” marked products.
  • Health, safety, or hygiene-sensitive items with broken seals.
  • Products that have been installed, tested under load, used in industrial environments, or altered from their original state.

5. Return Procedure

  • Submit Request: Buyer logs into their Platform account and submits a return request within the applicable return period.
  • Review: Vendor or Techebase Digital LLP (for dealer products) reviews the request and determines eligibility.
  • RMA Issuance: Approved requests receive a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) and designated return address.
  • Shipping: Buyer must ship the item using secure packaging.
  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to Vendor error.
  • Inspection: Returned items are inspected for compliance with Section 3 conditions. Non-compliant returns may be rejected.

6. No Expansion of Liability

Handling or inspecting returned goods by Techebase Digital LLP does not transfer or expand Vendor or manufacturer liabilities onto the Platform.
