Shipping & Delivery Policy

This Shipping & Delivery Policy (“Policy”) outlines the terms under which products purchased through the Platform are processed, shipped, and delivered. By placing an order, the Buyer agrees to the terms outlined herein.

1. Shipping Responsibility

1.1 Products Sold by TECHEBASE DIGITAL LLP as Dealer/Distributor

  • For products sold directly by the Platform, we manage shipping and delivery coordination.
  • Delivery timelines, risk of loss, and ownership transfer are governed by this Policy and applicable local laws.

1.2 Vendor-Supplied Products

  • For products fulfilled by third-party Vendors, the Vendor is responsible for shipping, tracking, and delivery.
  • The Platform facilitates communication but does not assume liability for Vendor delays, damages, or lost shipments.

2. Shipping Methods & Costs

  • Shipping charges are calculated based on product weight, dimensions, destination, and delivery method.
  • All applicable fees are displayed at checkout and are the responsibility of the Buyer unless stated otherwise.
  • Special Handling: Heavy industrial machinery or fragile materials may incur additional charges.

3. Delivery Timelines & Inventory Status

Delivery timelines consist of Processing/Dispatch Time and Transit Time. All timelines are calculated in Business Days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • Real-Time Estimates: Estimated delivery date is auto-calculated during checkout.
  • Custom Orders: May require 4-6 days processing.
  • Disclaimer: Timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays due to logistics, customs, or force majeure are not the Platform's liability.

4. Risk & Title Transfer

  • Risk of Loss: Transfers upon delivery (Platform orders) or upon handover to carrier (Vendor orders).
  • Title Transfer: Ownership remains until full payment is received.

5. Inspection & Acceptance

  • Buyers must inspect packages immediately upon receipt.
  • Issues must be reported within 2-3 days with valid proof.
  • Failure to report may affect eligibility for claims or refunds.

6. International Shipping

  • Orders may be subject to duties, taxes, and customs fees.
  • Buyers are responsible for compliance with local laws.
  • Delivery timelines vary due to customs clearance.

7. Non-Delivery & Undeliverable Shipments

  • If lost due to Platform/Vendor error, reshipment or refund will be initiated.
  • If undeliverable due to Buyer error, return shipping and restocking charges apply.

8. Modifications & Updates

  • The Platform reserves the right to update shipping policies at any time.

TECHEBASE DIGITAL LLP reserves the right to modify this Policy at any time. Updates are effective immediately upon posting. Buyers are advised to review this Policy before each purchase.
