This Shipping & Delivery Policy (“Policy”) outlines the terms under which products purchased through TECHEBASE DIGITAL LLP (“the Platform”) are shipped, delivered, and the responsibilities of Buyers, Vendors, and the Platform.

1. Shipping Responsibility

1.1 Vendor-Supplied Products

  • For products fulfilled by third-party Vendors, the Vendor is responsible for shipping, tracking, and delivery.
  • The Platform facilitates communication but does not assume liability for Vendor delays, damages, or lost shipments.

1.2 Products Sold by TECHEBASE DIGITAL LLP as Dealer/Distributor

  • For products sold directly by the Platform, we manage shipping and delivery coordination.
  • Delivery timelines, risk of loss, and ownership transfer are governed by this Policy and applicable local laws.

2. Shipping Methods & Costs

  • Shipping options, timelines, and charges vary by product, location, and delivery type.
  • Applicable shipping fees are displayed during checkout and are borne by the Buyer unless otherwise stated (e.g., free shipping promotions).
  • Expedited or special handling requests may incur additional charges.

3. Delivery Timelines

  • Estimated delivery times are provided on product pages or during checkout.
  • Timelines are estimates only; the Platform is not liable for delays caused by:
  • Vendor processing.
  • Carrier delays, natural disasters, strikes, or other unforeseen events.
  • Buyers are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses and contact information.

4. Risk & Title Transfer

  • Risk of loss or damage typically passes to the Buyer:
  • Upon delivery for shipments fulfilled by the Platform.
  • Upon receipt by the carrier for Vendor shipments (unless law or the Vendor agreement states otherwise).
  • Title to the product may remain with the Vendor until full payment is received.

5. Inspection & Acceptance

  • Buyers should inspect packages upon receipt for visible damage or missing items.
  • Any claims for damage, loss, or discrepancies must be reported to the Platform or Vendor within 3-4 days of delivery.
  • Failure to report may limit eligibility for refunds, replacements, or claims.

6. International Shipping

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import restrictions.
  • Buyers are responsible for all applicable fees and compliance with local import laws.
  • Delivery timelines for international shipments may vary significantly due to customs clearance.

7. Non-Delivery & Lost Shipments

  • If a shipment is lost in transit or undeliverable due to Platform or Vendor error, the Platform will assist in claims, refunds, or reshipment.
  • Lost shipments due to incorrect Buyer-provided information may be subject to additional charges.

8. Modifications & Updates

  • The Platform reserves the right to update shipping carriers, timelines, or charges at any time.
  • Updated terms are effective immediately upon posting on the Platform.
