Warranty Policy

This Warranty Policy (“Policy”) defines the terms under which warranty support is facilitated or provided for products purchased through TECHEBASE DIGITAL LLP (“the Platform”).

1. Manufacturer / Vendor Warranty (Default)

For most products sold through the Platform, warranty coverage is provided exclusively by the original manufacturer or Vendor.

Accordingly:

  • The manufacturer/Vendor determines warranty eligibility, coverage, and service levels.
  • Techebase Digital LLP acts only as a facilitator to assist Buyers in submitting claims.
  • Repair, replacement, or compensation decisions are made solely by the manufacturer/Vendor.
  • The Platform does not alter, extend, or guarantee any manufacturer/Vendor warranty.

2. Dealer Warranty Support (Products Sold by TECHEBASE DIGITAL LLP as Dealer/Distributor)

For specific product categories where TECHEBASE DIGITAL LLP acts as an authorised dealer, distributor, or direct seller, the Platform will provide limited warranty assistance directly to the Buyer, as follows:

2.1 Platform-Assisted Warranty Handling

Where the Platform is the dealer:

  • Buyers may submit warranty claims directly to TECHEBASE DIGITAL LLP.
  • The Platform will coordinate diagnosis, inspection, and forwarding of the issue to the manufacturer or authorised service centre.
  • The Platform may assist in arranging repair, replacement, or service under the manufacturer warranty conditions.

2.2 Scope of Dealer Warranty Assistance

Dealer assistance includes:

  • Claim registration.
  • Communication with manufacturers/service centres.
  • Coordinating logistics for warranty services.
  • Providing documentation and claim tracking.

Dealer assistance does not mean:

  • The Platform is the warranty provider.
  • The Platform is financially liable for repair/replacement.
  • The Platform guarantees manufacturer approval.

The final decision always rests with the manufacturer/service centre.

2.3 Warranty Eligibility Requirements

For all warranties (Vendor or Dealer supported), Buyers must provide:

  • Valid proof of purchase.
  • Serial numbers or product identifiers.
  • Photos/videos of the issue (where applicable).
  • Details of usage and installation conditions.

If a product shows misuse, damage, improper installation, tampering, environmental exposure, or non-standard operating conditions, the warranty may be denied.

3. Warranty Service Logistics

Depending on the manufacturer or service centre requirements:

  • Buyer may need to ship the item to an authorised location.
  • Buyer bears logistics/shipping cost unless covered by manufacturer.
  • Warranty timelines depend on manufacturer procedures, not the Platform.

4. Limitation of Liability

Except as required by applicable law, Techebase Digital LLP:

  • Does not provide warranties of its own unless explicitly stated.
  • Is not liable for manufacturer decisions.
  • Is not responsible for product downtime, indirect losses, or consequential damages.
